The hard part isn’t the work. It’s knowing that the hands shaping the next generation rarely get credit for the world those children will go on to build. There’s no performance review. No promotion. No clean, satisfying “done” at the end of the day.

But one day… there is.

It looks like your kids growing into good, kind, capable humans.

It looks like the way they speak, think, love, and move through the world.

That’s the long game.

So no… it doesn’t always look like “a lot” from the outside.

But inside your life?
